"Web Document" tab is missing when you check the properties of a URL file

Symptom
When you right-click an Internet Shortcut (.URL file) and choose Properties, the property sheet may display only the General tab.
Resolution
For Internet Explorer 6
Click Start, Run and type the following command:
regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll
Alternately, try this:

Click Start, Run and type CONTROL INETCPL.CPL

Select the Programs tab and choose Reset Web Settings.

Click OK, OK.
For Internet Explorer 7
Download webdoctab.reg and save to Desktop. Right-click the file and choose Merge.
