Send To Mail Recipient option does nothing

Symptom
When you right-click a file and choose the Mail Recipient option in the Send To menu, the email window may not open.
Cause
This happens due to one of the following reasons:
- The default mail client is not set
- The MAPI DLL registry path for your mail client is missing
Resolution
Click Start, Run and type:
regsvr32 sendmail.dll
Next, set your default email client. To set Outlook Express as your default mail client, type the following commands:
"%ProgramFiles%\Outlook Express\MSIMN.EXE" /REG
regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%\Outlook Express\msoe.dll"
